Let’s put it this way. Here, where I live, I can’t find a beer that deserves to be called like that… Beer (with a capital B), so with that premise, I couldn’t came with a better idea that making my own beer.
Yes, in the beginning it was just something yellow, with some bubbles and tasting like hop. Well, hop is a great thing when trying to “solve” some sanitary issues, but that wasn’t the goal. So I tried, and tried, and tried… and I’m still trying, but now I can call it beer. Not with a capital B, but still beer, and if it comes to decide between mine and commercials, oh please.
On that path to achieving my best Beer, I thought it would be nice to share my experiences with others in my same condition, and why not, also share my recipes. That way, some other home brewer could share his best beer (so far) with the community, and we could all toast to a better future… a brewtiful future.
So this is how it starts, everybody, share your current status, your best beer, and we can discuss results, notes, tips or tricks. Email me, comment, and I will post every recipe that comes to me.
